What we help businesses build
Our work starts with a product idea, a difficult workflow, or a missed opportunity. We help turn that starting point into a clear scope and working software. The technology follows the job it needs to do: helping a customer complete a task, giving a team better information, or moving work between systems.
Tech Ed develops AI products and agentic AI, including tools that interpret information and carry out defined steps with appropriate human control. We also build mobile applications for iOS and Android, connecting the experience on screen to the services behind it.
Better software, better ways of working
A new product is not always the answer. Sometimes the useful change is removing repeated data entry, clarifying an approval, or connecting tools a team already uses. Our business process automation work looks at those everyday operational problems.
We also help investigate revenue leaks: missed inquiries, slow follow-ups, failed transactions, or disconnected records that make it difficult to see what is happening. We look for evidence, prioritize practical changes, and define how the team will evaluate them.
How we work together
We begin by understanding your users, current process, and business goal. That gives us a basis for discussing scope, dependencies, and what a useful first version should include. If an integration or source of information creates a constraint, we bring it into the plan early.
During development, we use working software to make progress visible. Your team can review the experience, test assumptions, and help refine the next step. Before release, we agree on the testing, access, handover, and ongoing responsibilities appropriate to the project.
After launch, real use provides the next set of questions. We can help refine the product or workflow as needs change, with improvements grounded in what people actually do.
Our name and location
Tech Ed is our public brand. The company’s legal name is Tech Ed FZCO, and we are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our website is techedhorizon.com, and you can contact us at info@techedhorizon.com.
For project enquiries, tell us what you want to build or improve, who will use it, and which systems are involved. We can use that context to discuss a useful first step.
Common questions
Do you only work on AI projects?
No. Our work also includes mobile applications, product design, integrations, and business process improvements. We choose an approach based on the problem rather than requiring every project to use AI.
Can we start with a small project?
A focused first step can be a useful way to test an idea or improve a specific process. We discuss the goal, dependencies, and scope before agreeing on the work.
